Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing all
sales are final. Returns are for store credit only, pending approval
from management. All items represented on our website have been
photographed with careful attention to color and detail. However images
on the website are for representational purposes only. Colors or tones
of items purchased may not match the images on the website. By clicking
the "place order" button on the "checkout" page you are entering into
an agreement to purchase with Antonio Raimo Galleries, if we can not
come to agreement on shipping terms the merchandise will be held at our
retail location, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, pending
further notice. It is our custom that you will not be charged for your
order until we contact you to confirm
your purchase, shipping rates and any applicable taxes or duties.
However, if we have not received confirmation from you within twelve
(12) business days, business days are all days Monday to Saturday, not
including National Holidays recognized in the United Sates of America,
as to your shipping preference you will be charged for the
full amount. In addition, after the twelve day (12) waiting period the item will be shipped to you via Fedex Ground shipping using the address you provided at checkout.
All shipping, duties, taxes, and a nominal handling and packaging fee
will be assessed if you fail to confirm your shipping and tax
information within twelve (12) business days.
Custom Framing:
Upon receiving your information from the form on the Custom Framing section of our website we will contact you to discuss the particulars of your individual order. Due to the highly personalized nature of our service we are unable to display prices online as the total price of your order is affected by many factors including but not limited to, mat size, glass and backing type, mounting type and any a number of other factors. As stated above in our Terms of Sale, we make the best effort to represent each moulding sample, and item, on our website as accurately as possible. However the moulding in your order may vary in appearance from what you viewed on the website. We will provide digital pictures of your finished frame, at your request, for no charge, to confirm your satisfaction before completing your order. If a framed item is not to your satisfaction we will do our best to correct it. Framing orders will not be shipped until payment is received, without prior approval from management.
